About the role

Midtown Niseko is currently seeking a Front Desk Officer

Main tasks
  • Check-in and check-out

  • Friendly guest service

  • Handling guest inquiries and requests

  • Managing room keys

  • Managing guest luggage and mail

  • Handling same-day reservations and walk-in guests

  • Guest transportation to nearby areas (winter season only)

  • Other related duties
About you
  • Japanese language proficiency required
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hotel or customer service industry
  • Basic conversational English preferred
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Basic PC skills (email, Excel, Word)
Offer
  • ¥250,000 to ¥280,000

  • Social insurance and other insurance management

  • Commuting allowance: ¥20 per km for commuting from a distance of 2 km or more, with a maximum of ¥45,000 per month

  • Relocation expenses: Up to ¥200,000 for those moving from outside Hokkaido, and up to ¥100,000 for those within Hokkaido (reimbursement with receipt submission)
