Sansui Niseko is a luxury hotel located in the beautiful ski resort area of Niseko, Hokkaido.
About the role
We are currently seeking a driver to safely and comfortably transport our guests from both Japan and abroad. Key duties include guest transportation within the Niseko Hirafu area, as well as maintenance and upkeep of the vehicles to ensure they are always in top condition. We especially welcome applicants with extensive driving experience and familiarity with winter driving. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and hospitality who can provide a safe and reliable transportation environment for our guests.
Main tasks
- Provide guest transportation between accommodations, ski resort facilities, the Welcome Center, and pickup points around the Hirafu area
- Work closely with front desk staff and managers to execute all transportation schedules and respond promptly to any special requests
- Clean and inspect vehicles regularly to ensure optimal operating condition
- Report any mechanical issues or required maintenance to the manager and maintenance team for appropriate action
- Operate employee shuttle services and handle related duties
- Perform other duties as instructed by the manager
About you
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a driver in hotels or similar facilities
- Strong hospitality mindset, with professional demeanor and excellent guest service skills
- Experience driving in winter conditions and handling luxury vehicles is preferred
- Commitment to safe driving, punctuality, and courteous service
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to various situations
Competencies or Skills:
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Possession of an international driving permit that allows operation of 10-passenger vehicles in Japan

- Hourly wage: ¥1,600 (based on experience)
