Sansui Niseko is a luxury hotel located in the beautiful ski resort area of Niseko, Hokkaido.
We are currently looking for a Shuttle Driver to join our team.
The main responsibilities include providing guest shuttle services around the Niseko Hirafu area, as well as managing shuttle vehicles to ensure they are always safe and comfortable. Candidates with extensive driving experience are welcome, especially those with winter driving experience or experience driving on snowy roads. We look forward to receiving applications from candidates who can carry out their duties with a strong sense of responsibility and hospitality, in order to provide guests with a safe and comfortable transportation service.
- Providing guest shuttle services from the accommodation to ski resort facilities, the Welcome Center, and pickup points around the Niseko Hirafu area
- Coordinating with front office staff and managers to operate shuttle services according to the transportation schedule, and responding flexibly to special transportation requests
- Supporting smooth and comfortable guest arrivals and departures by loading, unloading, transporting, and managing guest luggage
- Cleaning and inspecting shuttle vehicles to maintain safe and comfortable operating conditions
- Reporting and responding to vehicle issues or maintenance needs in coordination with the manager and maintenance team
- Operating the employee shuttle and carrying out related duties
- Other related duties as instructed by the manager
- Experience providing shuttle or transportation services at a hotel or other facility
- Values hospitality and is able to provide calm, polite guidance and high-quality guest service at all times
- Experience driving on snowy or icy roads during winter, and experience driving luxury vehicles, is preferred
- Committed to safe driving, with a responsible approach to time management, vehicle cleanliness, and daily vehicle inspections
- Able to communicate smoothly with the Front Office and other departments, and respond flexibly and promptly to sudden requests or changes
- Valid ordinary driver’s license required
- A license that allows the holder to drive a 10-seater vehicle in Japan, including an international driving permit where applicable
- Strong communication skills with guests and other departments
Seasonal winter employment from around November 2026 to March 31, 2027
- Hourly wage from ¥1,600, with preferential treatment depending on experience and qualifications
- Employee dormitory available, subject to a fee
- Meal allowance
- Winter half-mountain shared lift pass or lift allowance
