In 2012, Niseko Black Snowsports was launched, followed by Niseko Black Property Management in 2018, expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients while maintaining the same high standards. A year-round position centred on managing accommodation reservations for our luxury property portfolio, with broader concierge responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our property management and concierge teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Managing accommodation reservation enquiries, bookings, and guest communications.
- Coordinating pre-arrival arrangements and guest itineraries.
- Liaising with internal teams across property management, snowsports, and dining.
- Providing concierge support as required throughout the guest journey.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, to a professional standard.
- Prior experience in hospitality reservations or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Japanese or Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
