We are hiring Resort Facility Maintenance and Management Staff. In this position, you will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and handling repairs of building facilities. This role requires knowledge and experience in facility maintenance.
Main tasks
- Those interested in equipment maintenance work (no experience required)
- Those looking to start a new life in the Niseko area (staff housing available)
- Holders of licenses such as Electrician, Fire Protection Technician, or Hazardous Materials Handler (preferred)
- Those with experience in building maintenance (preferred)

- Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and other stakeholders
- Ability to carefully observe situations and identify issues
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly in the event of problems
