M Group Niseko is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our team for the 2025/26 Winter Season!
We are a well-established company located in the center of Hirafu, and can offer a variety of benefits including subsidised lift pass, staff meals and subsidised accommodation in the heart of Hirafu.
We are looking for motivated staff who are team-oriented and organised, with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Applicants should be well-presented with a positive attitude and strong work-ethic.
About the role
Approx. 35 hours to 45 hours per week (morning shifts), with at least 1 to 2 days off a week to ensure you have plenty of time to get up the mountain!
Main tasks
- Cooking and managing breakfast service and preparation of staff meals.
- Set up and clean the kitchen before and after service.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining stock levels.
- Driving when required.
About you
- 1 to 2 years previous culinary experience (breakfast experience preferred).
- Excellent communication & organisation skills
- Experience in Hospitality preferred
- Valid International drivers licence
- Right to work in Japan, holding a valid working holiday visa or similar.
