About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Bell Officer to deliver outstanding guest experiences and support front desk operations at Setsu Niseko. This position requires excellent customer service, physical fitness, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
Main tasks
- Welcome guests at the entrance and assist with luggage delivery to rooms
- Handle room deliveries of guest items and amenities
- Manage courier services including Yamato, EMS, and FedEx
- Maintain lost & found records and inventory
- Assign and monitor daily drive schedules
- Oversee amenity and loan item inventory
- Support training of new and seasonal team members
- Assist other departments such as Front Desk and Onsen as needed
About you
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license in Japan or international driving permit
- Visa status permitting legal work in Japan (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate)
- Conversational Japanese, Native or business-level English
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
Competencies or skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest service
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage and room support duties
- Flexible, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Offer
Salary:
- ¥230,000–¥280,000 per month + annual discretionary bonus
