Assistant Showroom Manager – GENTEMSTICK NISEKO SHOWROOM
Tamaya Products Co., Ltd. (GENTEMSTICK)
Established in 1998, Tamaya Products operates under its own brand "GENTEMSTICK" offering premium snowboards, demo board rentals, accessories, and an in-house café.
This role involves supporting all aspects of showroom operations, including customer service and sales, handling inquiries, order and inventory management, shipping coordination, and promotional activities.
- Assist the Showroom Manager in daily operations
- Engage in retail sales and customer relations
- Manage incoming orders and inventory
- Coordinate shipping and logistics
- Participate in promotional and marketing efforts
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency (email communication required)
- Friendly and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer and tablet operations
- Passion for snowboarding and interest in the GENTEMSTICK brand
- Team player with a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude
- No specific educational requirements
- Must have Japanese nationality or a valid working visa in Japan

Employment Type:
Fixed-term contract (contract employee)
Start Date: August
Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable); potential for full-time permanent employment
Working Hours:
Up to 8 hours/day, shift-based including business hours
1-hour daily break
Flexible scheduling for days off
Summer Business Hours: 12:00–18:00
Winter Business Hours: 12:00–19:00 (subject to change)
Note: Overtime may be required during peak seasons
Salary:
Monthly salary of ¥262,400
