Administrative and General Affairs with Accounting Support

Key Responsibilities
- Issuing invoices and receipts for each department
- Managing cash within the office
- General HR and labor affairs (administrative tasks related to employment: insurance enrollment/cancellation procedures, bank account setup, etc.)
- Other general affairs (visitor reception, answering main phone lines, receiving packages and mail, etc.)
- Overseas remittances and receipts (funds for real estate transactions, property owner funds, payments for overseas material purchases)
- Preparation and updating of payment receipt details related to real estate transactions
- Collection of documents related to real estate transactions (municipal offices, regional development bureaus, etc.)
- Management of escrow funds for real estate transactions, application for real estate acquisition tax payment agent, advance payment of income tax
- Inventory management and ordering of staff uniforms
- Verification of credit card statement details
- Confirmation of inventory count figures for property management department stock
- Verification of utility costs for 30 managed properties and data storage
Key Qualities
- Experience in accounting
- Fluent in Japanese, ability to understand and communicate simple English
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible for the assigned tasks
- Strong with numbers
- Individuals capable of performing basic operations in Excel and Word
Monthly salary: ¥280,000 to ¥320,000 (preferential treatment based on experience and ability)
Bonus: Twice a year, each equivalent to one month's salary

- Full-time
- 3-month probationary period; 1-year contract employee status; regular employee status after 1 year following consultation

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week, 8 Hours per day, 2 days off per week, paid overtime.
- During some peak times of year, additional work may be requested.
