About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to support the Senior Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will perform accounting tasks related to hotel operations and condominium owners, ensuring smooth financial operations and assisting with audit processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling financial documentation and transactions.

Main tasks
  • Performdaily accounting tasks, including data entry into accounting and managementsystems (sales and deposit management)
  • Handlegeneral banking activities and payment processing
  • Coordinatebilling tasks, internal divisions, and preparation of invoices and relateddocuments
  • Managecash, withdrawal receipts, petty cash, and other financial items
  • Processadvances, travel expenses, and related reimbursements
  • Assistwith monthly and annual closing activities, including audit-related tasks
  • Overseeaudit correspondence, compliance communication, and report preparation asrequested by the Hong Kong HQ
  • Organizeand manage financial documents and undertake other related duties as needed
About you

Qualifications:

Competencies or skills

  • Fluentin Japanese, conversational English is a plus
  • Highattention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
  • Strongcommunication and collaboration skills with other departments
Offer

Salary:

¥230,000–¥260,000 per month + annual discretionary bonus
