Niseko WOW is a full-service luxury operator offering guests a seamless Niseko experience—from premium chalet stays, gear rentals, and skiing instruction to personalized concierge support and property services—designed to make every detail extraordinary.
We’re currently hiring for a range of seasonal positions to support our growing operations in Niseko Hirafu for the upcoming winter season (mid-November through March). Whether you're experienced in hospitality, skilled behind the wheel, or passionate about food and service, we have roles that offer competitive pay, subsidized housing, daily meals, and the chance to be part of a tight-knit team delivering exceptional guest experiences.
We are actively recruiting for the following roles:
Drivers – Transport guests across Niseko with safety and professionalism.
Front Desk Staff - Bilingual preferred, guest-facing team members with 2 years hospitality experience preffered.
Chefs – Creative kitchen professionals with seasonal or international experience.
Food & Beverage Service Staff – Friendly, efficient team members for restaurant or guest dining service.
Contract: December to March

Visa: Working Holiday Visa required
Drivers
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport guests between accommodations, ski lifts, restaurants, & other destinations.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
Maintain a clean and road-safe vehicle at all times
Operate confidently in snowy and icy conditions
Use internal scheduling or app systems for managing rides
Assist with snow clearing and basic operational tasks when not driving
Front Desk Staff
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests at check-in/check-out with professionalism and warmth
Manage reservations, payments, and guest records
Provide accurate information about local services, transport, dining, and activities
Communicate clearly with housekeeping, concierge, and operations teams
Handle guest concerns or complaints with patience and problem-solving
Fluent English required; conversational Japanese preferred
Chefs
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare meal service for guests or staff in line with menus and dietary needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
Order and manage food inventory as needed
Work with seasonal ingredients and deliver consistently high-quality meals
Support team kitchen operations and collaborate with F&B service staff
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
Food & Beverage Service Staff
Key Responsibilities:
Serve meals and drinks to guests in chalets or dining areas
Prepare dining spaces before service and clean/reset afterward
Communicate guest dietary requests or changes to the kitchen
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service
Help manage stock of beverages and service supplies
Assist with occasional event setups or private dining
Drivers
Core Competencies:
Safe Driving & Situational Awareness – Confident in snowy/icy conditions, defensive driving mindset
Reliability – Shows up on time, follows routes and shift schedules without fail
Guest Service Orientation – Polite, helpful, calm under pressure
Adaptability – Can handle last-minute changes or unexpected requests
Basic Tech Literacy – Comfortable using app-based dispatch or GPS systems
Team Support – Willing to assist with non-driving tasks (e.g., snow clearing, luggage, quick fixes)
Front Desk Staff
Core Competencies:
Clear Communication – In-person, phone, and email; handles guest interactions smoothly in English (Japanese a plus)
Attention to Detail – Accurate with bookings, payment records, guest preferences
Problem Solving – Able to resolve issues calmly and independently
Cultural Sensitivity – Respects diverse backgrounds and expectations
Multitasking – Can manage multiple guest needs at once, even during peak hours
Professionalism – Maintains a polished, calm presence at the front line
Chefs

Food & Beverage Service Staff

Starting from ¥1,500 per hour based on experience.
