As Driver & Snow-Clearing Coordinator at Niseko Kids Club, you play a key role in supporting staff and operations throughout the winter season. This role combines transportation, snow clearing, and light property maintenance to keep staff safe, housing functional, and daily logistics running smoothly. You’ll drive babysitters and daycare staff to their assignments, maintain safe access to staff accommodation by clearing snow, manage garbage and recycling, and assist with minor property upkeep. This position is ideal for dependable, proactive individuals who are confident winter drivers and enjoy hands-on work in a dynamic ski resort environment.
- Drive babysitters to hotel babysitting assignments
- Transport staff safely to and from daycare center
- Clear snow at staff accommodation driveways and walkways
- Maintain safe entrances and access during winter season
- Handle garbage disposal and recycling for staff housing
- Perform light property maintenance and minor repairs
- Conduct staff housing room inspections on arrival/departure
- Support smooth daily operations and logistics
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Confident and safe driver in snowy conditions
- Physically fit for snow clearing and lifting tasks
- Organized and able to manage multiple duties daily
- Basic property maintenance and repair skills
- Good communication for supporting international staff
- Positive, proactive attitude in a team environment
Monthly Salary: ¥240,000Season
