TOMO is looking for a restaurant manager. He/she will work closely with the Executive Chef and General Manager at MnK Niseko to deliver a high-quality menu, train and motivate the team, expand the customer network, and provide excellent customer service.
● Assist with the front of house operations.
● Daily cash handling
● Assist the General Manager with reservations system and guest booking.
● Regularly provide feedback to the team constructively and positively.
● Cost-saving and waste management.
● Staff recruiting and training
Qualifications and Experience Required:
● English is required and some Japanese language proficiency is preferred
● Proven customer service experience
● Extensive food and beverage knowledge and experience.
● Familiarity with restaurant management account keeping and POS software
● Strong leadership experience and skills.
