Hokkaido Tracks is taking applications for two full-time positions in our growing Asset Management division.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring Hokkaido Tracks maintains an optimum service to our owner and guest clients through providing excellent customer service and ensuring managed properties and surrounds are appropriately and cost effectively inspected, serviced and maintained. This position requires previous experience leading a team of staff, a customer service mentality, and a strong grasp of administration and systems development.
Owner Relations is responsible for ensuring Hokkaido Tracks provides an optimum service to its owner-clients through providing excellent customer service and communication, while fulfilling the brand position of prioritising our property owners’ needs first. The successful applicant must be service-driven, have strong communication and administration skills, and work closely with others to ensure services are provided in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
