Non Certified and experienced Chefs

Key Responsibilities:
Produce consistently high quality food across daily operations
Ensure that preparation, presentation and service is carried out promptly and to required standards
Maintain appropriate stock levels and conduct stocktakes
Ensure that Customers are served within the effective and timely manner
Liaise effectively with Front of House on special requests or delayed meals
Clean and maintain operating equipment
Comply to the the standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Skill set:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a pub or restaurant environment
Passion for the food and hospitality industry
Demonstrate experience in delivery of western fusion cuisine
Knowledge of food preparation, production and presentation
Maintain a clean kitchen and to comply with all health and safety obligations
Work within a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to the changing needs
Flexible to work various shifts including public holidays and weekends
Excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail
An ability to foster team spirit with a positive attitude
