Niseko Central Front Desk - 2017 Summer Season
The Front Desk staff respond to guest enquiries via phone and email, check-in guests at Front Desk, manage guest accounts and work with the Tour Desk staff to assist guests with booking services and providing information about the local area.
Working alongside the small Niseko Central team of full-time Guest Services staff, the Summer Seasonal Front Desk staff will work closely with the other Guest Services team members, taking on additional tasks as needed and sharing the responsibility for the smooth running of the Guest Services department.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
-1 year Hotel/Customer Service experience
-A positive, flexible, hard working attitude
-Fluent spoken and written Japanese
-Conversational spoken and written English
-Japanese or International driving licence
-Knowledge of the Niseko area an advantage
Employment Period: 1 April to 31 October 2017, with the potential to extend; availability of work dependent.
Base Pay Rate:¥1,100 - ¥1,150 per hour
25% late night allowance for work between 10pm and 5am (¥1,375 - ¥1,438 per hour)
Working Hours:Approximately 40 hours per week
Weekly Roster is based on hotel occupancy, thus working hours may vary
