Office Administrator 

Provide daily administrative support, handle and organize various documents, answer and respond to calls and emails.

Job Description

Main duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Carrying the task of inputting, filing and managing the data that is stored within the organization’s office system

· Handling receipts, paid-outs, and any other financial documents

· Taking minutes of meetings

· Answering phone calls and transferring them to appropriate departments or taking message

· Managing inventory of office supplies and ensure all items are stocked

· Ensuring clear communication with the team to maintain consistency of information

· Following the SOP, house rules and policies established by the management

Qualifications

· Language Skills: Japanese Native, English: Conversation

· Excellent communication skills

· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc)

· Detail oriented and highly organized

· Able to multi-task and handle confidential information regarding company/staff

· Desirable: Previous administrative experience, but not required

· Required: valid work/working holiday visa or Japanese passport

Remuneration: Hourly ¥1,250, Full-time Salary ¥250,000
